About the illustrator:
Stefan Czernecki has illustrated and written or co-written, 14 books for children. He has also done illustrations for children’s magazines, worked in film, and designed posters for Canadian ballet and theater companies. Born in Germany, Stefan now makes his home in Vancouver.
